SENIOR LUNCH SPOTS

SENIOR LUNCH SPOTS

By Olivia Flanz

Hey seniors! Choosing a place to go for lunch can be hard. With us only having so little time to decide and get back to the school on time, it feels like there’s barely any options to go. If you are trying to find a place to go, here are some of your fellow classmates' favorite places to go for lunch!

  • Cloveberry

It’s hard to go wrong with Cloveberry. It’s super close to the school and has a great atmosphere. You can eat outside or inside. The inside space offers great study places if you need to finish work. For food it offers salads, sandwiches, and smoothies. And you definitely can’t go wrong with their coffee and pastries!

  • Starbucks

This one is pretty much obvious. If you need caffeine - you go to Starbucks. With the return of the pumpkin spice latte it’s pretty much a no brainer. Not thirsty? Starbucks also has an array of pastries and breakfast sandwiches if you are hungry. Plus with the drive through it’s easy to grab your drink and go. And even if you don’t want to use the drive through, you can always mobile order it while still in class.

  • Dunkin

You can’t really mention Starbucks without Dunkin. While people debate over which is better it’s important to note there are two locations to get Dunkin in Sparta, with one even offering a drive through. Other than coffee, Dunken offers a variety of donuts to choose from. On top of that, Dunkin’s prices are relatively low compared to other coffee shops so you feel less bad when getting a drink and a donut.

  • Asian Island

With the restaurant being across the street from Cloverberry, Asian Island is also super close to the school, so you don’t have to sweat about being late to class. The restaurant offers Thai and Japanese food. It’s an easy place to go get sushi and even boba. The restaurant is littered with colored lights giving the place a chill atmosphere.

  • Cafe Pierrot

A restaurant and bakeshop with American meals with a European touch, Cafe Pierrot offers great meal options and many many baked goods. There’s always something new to try there and its location is not far from school. The cafe has indoor and outdoor seating so if it’s a good day you can always eat outside!
