SHS Student Survey: How Will You Be Returning to School on the 19th?

On January 19th, 2021, the doors of Sparta High School are expected to open back up to students, allowing them to attend school in person again. In the midst of this excitement, the Oracle conducted a survey asking the SHS student body how they plan to be attending school on the 19th and beyond.  After 215 students responded, the results are as follows: 

16.3% of students plan on attending school in person each day on an abbreviated schedule. 

63.3% of students plan on attending both in person and remotely using the district’s A/B hybrid schedule. 

20.5% of students plan on attending school using the district’s remote option. 

The survey additionally asked the students who plan to return to the building whether or not they are excited to go back. According to 187 responses:

67.9% of students answered yes!

32.1% of students answered no. 

No matter how we are going to be attending our classes, or how we feel about returning to school in person, Sparta students will continue moving forward together!
